Speed which is indicated on your computer is the actual speed up to ISP node. Broadband means always connected to the internet with the minimum speed of downloading is 256 Kbps. In this package the 8 Mbps downloading speed is available only in some cities. The total registration charges for this package are 1500 including 500 for modem and other 1000 for Wifi.
